EASY ONLINE PAYMENTS
RE: Policy Change – Effective April 1, 2025
All forms of lot rent, rent and any other payments must be payable to James Horton. No other name will be accepted.
The only forms of payment that will be accepted are checks, cashier’s checks, money orders or payments made using the online portal. CASH PAYMENTS WILL NO LONGER BE ACCEPTED.
Payments will no longer be accepted at the Park office, and no payments should or will be accepted by any office or Park employee. All payments should be mailed to James Horton, P.O. Box 23815, Knoxville, TN 37933.
If you haven’t already done so but would like to sign up to use the free secure online portal, all you need to do is furnish your email address to Jana or Tammy prior to April 1st . The process is very simple, at the beginning of each month (or a couple days prior to the first of the month),you will receive an email from QuickBooks/Merchant Services containing a payment link to your residential account. Click on the link, fill in your banking or credit/debit card information and the amount you want to pay and submit. You will receive a receipt at the time your payment is processed, and the best part is there is no charge to you for this convenience, no purchasing of stamps and no worries that your check will get lost in the mail!I

For those of you already using the online QuickBooks/Merchant services we hope you are finding it easier and less time consuming. QuickBooks also has an option for autopay, so you can set it up to come out the 1st of the month and don't have to worry about it each month.
